In this workshop, we will learn and practice simple yet powerful techniques to integrate mindfulness into our everyday activities without making extra time for it. This will allow us to be fully present in the here and now, from mundane chores to life's challenges and joys. This workshop will help you find inner peace, clarity, and stability in all aspects of your life.
Discover how mindfulness can be infused into everyday tasks such as sitting, walking, working, cooking, eating, relaxing, playing, washing hands, opening doors, taking stairs, taking calls, using the restroom, and even waiting for someone. By the end of the workshop, you will have invaluable strategies to live deeply with joy and ease and the confidence to handle your emotions and be a supportive presence for those around you.
You will improve your relationships with yourself, your family, partner, colleagues, neighbors, and fellow human beings. All we need is to bring our attention to where we are, guard our senses, and think, speak, and act out of the insights that arise from the mindfulness we generate in each moment.
