Every morning, we gather for twenty minutes of focused exploration on a specific topic. These building-up sessions provide the tools to internalize and embody mindfulness throughout your day. They serve as anchors, grounding you in intention and clarity as you navigate the demands of your professional life.
At midday, we reconvene for twenty minutes of feedback, inspiring tips, and tricks. These strategies will equip you to overcome challenges, maintain a mindful presence amidst the hustle and bustle of the corporate world, and keep exhaustion at bay. Drawing from ancient wisdom and modern research, they offer actionable guidance to sustain your practice and cultivate resilience.
In the evening, we gather once more for an hour of reflection and sharing. This evening session provides a crucial space to unwind, process your experiences, and connect with your team on a deeper level. By sharing our triumphs, struggles, and insights, we foster a culture of support and empowerment, enriching our professional and personal lives. This session is a critical component of the course, offering a unique opportunity for growth and connection.
