Welcome to a unique mindfulness and meditation retreat focused on mindful intimacy and sexuality. The retreat provides a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment for you to explore your vulnerability, desires, expectations, and relationship with your sexuality.

Through mindfulness and meditation techniques, we can delve into our deepest desires and better understand the role of our ancestral habits and unmet needs. During the retreat, we will explore the roots of our desires, the complexity of our relationship with sexuality, and what we hope to achieve through it.

Moensch Micha will guide you through various exercises, workshops, transformational dance, and sharing circles to help you understand your needs and desires more fully. Sexuality can be a sensitive and taboo topic, and guilt and shame can often influence our relationship with it.

Our mindfulness and meditation practices will help you clarify your motivations and explore what you truly need to connect with inside yourself. By embracing your energies and desires, which sometimes seem overwhelming, you will learn to recognize them as tragic expressions of unwatered universal human needs.

Our transformational dance session will uncover aspects of yourself that you may have thought were hidden by personal and societal conventions and morals. These sessions will help you move beyond your comfort zone and tap into your innermost Self. In our sharing circles, you will have a supportive space to learn from others' experiences, offer perspective, and receive support on this journey.

By the end of the retreat, you will feel transformed and empowered and have a profound change in your view on sexuality and your relationship with yourself. You will be inspired to love and embrace your energies fully, and you will leave the retreat with a renewed sense of self-awareness and personal growth.

7:30 pm - 8:00 pm: Mindful Movements

8:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Evening Meditation

Day 2:

9:30 am - 10:30 am: Stick Qi Gong

10:30 am - 10:45 am: Tea Break

10:45 am - 12:15 am: Talk about Watering Wholesome Seeds/ Q&A

12:30 pm - 1:15 pm: Mindful Lunch

1:15 pm - 2:00 pm: Deep Relaxation

2:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Transformational Dance Meditation
