AIM - Applied Impact Mindfulness

The workshop is aimed at companies that want to create a culture of mindfulness and self-efficacy for a specific project. Participants will learn to realize their vision through conscious goal-setting and transparent processes. Instead of focusing solely on the end goal, the importance of the journey to get there is emphasized. Each step in the process is mindfully designed to avoid exhaustion and increase efficiency and fulfillment.

We will explore the connection between unfinished tasks and stress and the importance of self-development and finding solutions. We will examine organizations' tendency to focus on problems rather than solutions and to prioritize goal setting over process design. We will also delve into the concepts of coherence and goal setting and discuss the need to foster new ideas.

Exhaustion: Learn to prevent stress and burnout through regular mindfulness and relaxation exercises. Recognize signs of overwork and react promptly.
